The UK’s #1 Oxygen & Hydration Supplement for Dogs
George, my English Bulldog, came home with me on Easter Sunday in 2017. From that day, everything changed. He wasn’t just a pet he became my heart, my shadow, and my constant companion. His snoring soundtrack, his gentle grumpiness, and that unforgettable face made him the soul of our home.

As the years passed, I noticed subtle but worrying changes. George, like many flat-faced breeds, began to struggle with breathing, especially after walks or on warmer days. His once, short recovery times stretched longer. It was heart-breaking, and, sadly, familiar for flat-faced breed (brachycephalic) dog owners like me. It didn’t feel right to accept this as “normal.”
I looked into natural hydration for dogs, canine breathing issues, and even BOAS support options. I changed his food, added supplements, and did everything I could. His digestion and coat improved, but the breathing was still laboured. I started to wonder is there anything out there that could help without surgery.
The Discovery: Nano-Bubble Oxygen Spring Water for Dogs?
Then, in November 2023, I came across a post in the Facebook group “No Bull: Just Natural Health For Dogs”, founded by Karla Pearson. I was already doing everything I could with the information I was learning from No Bull. From raw feeding to various supplements, however George was still struggling. When I saw the post in the group looking for 10 brachycephalic dogs to take part in a new home study trial that could potentially support them breathing easier I jumped at the chance. I wrote from the heart about George and the journey we had been on, hoping to get chosen. Many other flat-faced breed dogs shared their stories, and honestly, I didn’t think we would be chosen as only three spaces were available. George was then picked as OxyPet decided to extend it to ten flat-faced dogs for this 90 day home study trial due to a overwhelming response. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much in fact I thought it was a load of BS!!! However, I trusted Karla and her No Bull Group with George's health in the past. However in this instance even Karla's Betty had only just started on OxyPet so we were all in this together. When we had our first Zoom meeting with Lindsey who had been through this whole journey with his own Boxer dog Mowgli, really supported us all to understand how OxyPet nano-bubble oxygen spring water works. Also why dehydration, cellular oxygen is so overlooked in dogs health. He mentioned that a little bit more oxygen everyday with no toxins could be a benefit to our dogs over longer periods of time and to be patient which is why 90 days was the starting point.

The next challenge was getting him to actually drink this new oxygen-enriched spring water. George isn’t a typical water drinker, indoors, he’d always turn his nose up at tap water. He did drink it, but he preferred muddy puddles and rainwater over anything in a bowl. I wasn't actually aware of why just that he wanted to drink outside. At first he didn't take to OxyPet like some the other dogs did straight away and this was concerning. However through the education of associating old bowls and old water, I changed his bowl to glass. He then still didn't go straight for it. As all of us ten bulldog owners were going through this experience together, it was suggested maybe add some goats milk to temp him.
On day three, I put OxyPet in a glass bowl with some £2.59 goat’s milk (even more expensive than OxyPet), and he lapped it up like it was the best thing he’d ever tasted. The purpose of OxyPet is to provide more available oxygen to animals so anything to temp him was a must especially as I was in this group now.
Over the next few days, I slowly reduced the goat’s milk and two days later he was drinking this new water naturally and has never looked back. I thought I already knew everything about my English Bulldog George, but being part of this 90 day home trial really made me listen to him. I learned from other flat-faced dog breed parents. I learned it wasn't just about changing his water, or even providing him with more oxygen. It became about appreciating the energy George had always been displaying me in a different way as oxygen is energy.
His body, even his eyes… they were telling me something different. I finally understood. He didn’t need more interventions, he needed the right kind of foundational support, and OxyPet began providing that every single day, oxygen, water, no toxins.
For me, George started seeing the positive impact of this new nano-bubble oxygen spring water within weeks. The first thing to become apparent was his recovery time after walks became much more quicker. Then the walks started getting longer. His behaviour when going out began to change as he rolled around in the leaves and sniffed more. He seemed more relaxed. His breathing became easier and his energy lifted.
George is also raw fed by Mersey Raw so on days when I feel he hasn’t had enough, I make sure to get OxyPet into him in other ways. This includes mixed into dinner, I use it to make bone broth, or frozen little treats as the nano-bubble oxygen doesn't escape. It’s just part of his life now that I wish we’d had it sooner.
The ten flat-faced dog breeds became known as the OxyPet10. It was more than just a trial, it was a new community that had started. We had all seen a new way of supporting our pets with their breathing that had not been done before just by changing water.

After the 90 days we continued and became a monthly subscriber so he could continue with this new way of life. I then started to notice his coat became softer, shinier and that he was shedding his old coat. The fur was coming out in droves and it seemed that everything I was doing was starting to clean him from the inside.
His digestion became easier, as more oxygen being available to the body was supporting him. All food requires oxygen to digest properly, so it makes sense that a little more oxygen could be supportive as this creates ATP (adenosine triphosphate). He then had more stamina, moved more freely, and became more alive.
I’d never considered how something as simple as hydration for dogs could go so deep, but this was unlike any other water, it was delivering more oxygen and I am seeing it first hand.
Is this the the missing link for flat-faced breed dogs?
George's Progress
Watch the transformation! Below is a video showing George’s incredible results after just 8 months on OxyPet. He drinks it daily, and the difference it’s made in his breathing, comfort, and overall well-being is clear to see. Consistent use of OxyPet has helped him achieve easier breathing and a happier, more relaxed life.
How Nano Bubble Oxygen Water Made the Difference
OxyPet takes a natural spring water from Cornwall and through a patented process increases the dissolved oxygen content by over ten times. The dissolved oxygen is in the form of nano-bubbles that are super tiny, less then a red blood cell and stay in the water longer and do not escape.
In my opinion, this is the best water for flat-faced breeds as it allows them to receive more daily oxygen. Plus it is independently tested for no forever chemicals and microplastics which I can't say I have seen from any other water - yet. This could be real benefit to all dogs here in the UK. Flat-faced breeds have less oxygen running around in their system so from seeing first hand it could support the following:
Dogs with BOAS symptoms (My George)
Senior dogs needing recovery support (My George was 7 at the time)
Active dogs after walks or play (My George used to take longer to recover)
Dogs with anxiety or low energy (My George had less energy)
Dogs with sensitive digestion or dull coats (George had a sensitive tummy and i didn't realise his coat was dull before)
And most importantly so far "touch wood" we have not had to put him through BOAS Surgery.
A Second Chance
Now, at 8 years old, George's life is really good. A bulldogs optimum health requires many different aspects in their diet from fresh feeding, good supplements but most of all this this new water is an essential. I’ve watched his mood, his personality come out again, calm, funny, filled with curiosity and stealing my food.
